I am a tutor who enjoys being a role model for my students, and wants to work hard with them to help them achieve their academic goals.I am a middle school teacher, where I teach Language Arts. I am also a swim coach, and hope that I inspire my students and encourage them as much as possible, the way my teachers did for me. I have worked with students from elementary grades all the way through high school. Additionally, I have helped ESL students from different countries gain a better understanding of the English language.I offer tutoring in Reading, Writing, Essay Editing, Phonics, Literature, Grammar and Mechanics, College Essays, Public Speaking, and English.I am a graduate of Rider University, where I earned my bachelor's in Secondary Education and English.When I'm not busy teaching, I love to be outdoors hiking or listening to live music. I also enjoy reading and writing.
